SleepTalk® was created by a concerned couple around 1972, who had a seven year old daughter who had challenges. She was an aggressive, angry little person and very difficult for the family to live with, and there was no one or nothing available to assist her.
After a long battle, their daughter was finally diagnosed with severe barriers, they knew she had to do something to try and make their daughters world a little easier and SleepTalk® was born.
Together, they created a strategy with statements that they applied, day after day, over many months. They both noticed behaviours started to change in their daughter. The results, though not quick, were simply astounding.
Ultimately many families have experienced the joy of happy, confident and resilient children who are making the most of their lives, where there had been anxious, angry and sad.
