I have over 20 years experience helping families with parenting children from birth to late teens. I am passionate about teaching parents The  SleepTalk® process and supporting them  to incorporate it into their children’s lives.

I have seen this process improve almost any type of behavior issue with a child and I have also seen it hugely improve the harmony and love within families.
