A little about me

As a teacher, I love supporting families with the amazing SleepTalk® Process. The key to the success of this fascinating and empowering process lies in its unique approach—it doesn’t focus on managing specific behaviours, issues, or concerns, nor does it attempt to mask them. Instead, it addresses the root cause within the brain’s “computer”—the unconscious mind—helping to lay positive foundations and create new neural pathways for your child’s emotional and behavioural wellbeing..

I’m available for online, private, and group consultations, as well as workshops and empowering presentations. As a fully Qualified SleepTalk® Consultant, I am available to assist parents with this amazing gentle, elegant and non invasive way to empower their child to improve normal childhood challenges and behaviours.

SleepTalk® is a beautifully simple process that takes just 3–5 minutes each night, yet has helped families for more than 50 years to nurture confidence, calm and emotional wellbeing in children.

It works during a unique stage of sleep where the conscious mind rests but the subconscious is open and receptive. This allows gentle, positive messages to be absorbed deeply — shaping the way a child feels, thinks and reacts during the day.
