A Foundation Coach can present and guide parents or carers through the very first step (Phase One) of the amazing SleepTalk® process. They can assist and support with offering consulting services or presentations explaining the many benefits families receive from the Foundation Process.
This first foundation phase, empowers parents to enhance their children’s resilience, self-esteem & happiness & prepares families for the more advanced stages of the SleepTalk® process as needed.
Foundation Coaches can also refer parents requiring assistance with the more advanced phases two and three of the Process – to professional accredited SleepTalk® consultants and trainers.
Foundation Coaches can also assist with suggestions for online products and purchases from the SleepTalk® website store.

Hello, I am Amie, mum of two, and a proud SleepTalk Foundation Coach. I am also a BQH Hypnosis Practitioner, Reiki Therapist, Meditation Facilitator and certified in Clinical Hypnotic Science. I am currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy, Clinical Trauma Hypnotherapy and NLP (Qualifying in 2025).
As a Mum of two and this is where my passion for my children & family ties in with my love of my professional work and helping empower other parents too. I started this process with my 7 year old son and had amazing results. Now I want to help YOU transform your family too.
The key to the success of this fascinating and empowering process is that it does not focus on a particular behaviour/issue/concern or use techniques to mask it, it addresses the ROOT CAUSE within the computer part of the brain (The unconscious) and assists in creating positive foundations and new neural pathways for your child.
I am passionate about positive, connected and attachment-led parenting and choose to specialise in parental relationships as part of my Advanced psychotherapy and clinical hypnotic science training.
