The International SleepTalk® Training Academy (ISTA) delivers industry-based training, supervision and end-to-end support for:

  • SleepTalk® Foundation Coaches – Phase 1 specialists

  • SleepTalk® Consultants – Full 3-phase SleepTalk® Protocol specialists

Both roles play a crucial part in meeting the growing demand from parents seeking help for children with anxiety, low confidence, challenging behaviour and emotional overwhelm.

Two Professional Pathways

1. SleepTalk® Foundation Coach.    Focus: Phase 1 – Foundation

As a SleepTalk® Foundation Coach, you teach parents the Foundation Phase of the SleepTalk® Process — helping them build their child’s emotional safety, confidence and resilience.

Key details:

  • Live online training: 4.5 hours in one day
    or 3 × 90-minute weekly Express sessions

  • Investment: USD $297

  • Optional: International Register listing – $25 per year

  • Includes access to a secure portal, documentation, forms & delivery resources

  • Learn how to work with individual parents and groups, making your time and service more scalable and profitable

This pathway is ideal for professionals who want to add a powerful early-intervention, parent-delivered solution to their existing practice.

2. SleepTalk® Consultant

Focus: Phases 1, 2 & 3 – Complete Protocol

As a SleepTalk® Consultant, you are trained to deliver the full SleepTalk® Process – including specific statements for more complex or entrenched childhood challenges.

You will learn to support families dealing with:

  • anxiety, fears and emotional dysregulation

  • behavioural issues and family conflict

  • sleep, toileting and eating challenges

  • social, confidence and school-based difficulties

Key details:

  • Full Consultant Training (with 6 months’ support): USD $1,499

  • Delivered virtually, to suit global time zones

  • SleepTalk® Express option: 9 × 90-minute modules, designed for busy professionals

  • Includes:

    • complete 3-phase protocol training

    • two parent management modules

    • two business modules (workflows, pricing, marketing, best practice)

    • ongoing mentoring, Q&A and support

On completion, you may join the International Register to gain instant web presence and recognised status as a SleepTalk® Professional Consultant.
